“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body it is the basic of dynamic and creative and intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong” It basically means that in order to do everything in life you have to be fit and healthy. Because if your stomach hurts you don't feel like doing anything at all that's how everyone feels because they feel bad. But if you feel good you get the motivation to do stuff and you will be happy. That's just how life is you feel good you do good you do bad you feel bad. For example my stomach hurted and i didn't feel like doing anything at all because i feel bad and had no motivation or energy to do anything. But once my stomach stopped hurting i could do anything i wanted and have the energy to do it not like yesterday. And plus if your stomach hurts or if anything you feel bad about just get rest and sleep. Tomorrow you will feel better and have energy to do your stuff. Always choose the right dont do stuff you will regret like drink beer then wake up dizzy and not feeling good and not doing anything. Dont let people force you for anything .Instead go buy your self food to make you happy CTR
