“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body it is the basic of dynamic and creative and intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong” It basically means that in order to do everything in life you have to be fit and healthy. Because if your stomach hurts you don't feel like doing anything at all that's how everyone feels because they feel bad. But if you feel good you get the motivation to do stuff and you will be happy. That's just how life is you feel good you do good you do bad you feel bad. For example my stomach hurted and i didn't feel like doing anything at all because i feel bad and had no motivation or energy to do anything. But once my stomach stopped hurting i could do anything i wanted and have the energy to do it not like yesterday. And plus if your stomach hurts or if anything you feel bad about just get rest and sleep. Tomorrow you will feel better and have energy to do your stuff. Always choose the right dont do stuff you will regret like drink beer then wake up dizzy and not feeling good and not doing anything. Dont let people force you for anything .Instead go buy your self food to make you happy CTR

Good stuff will happens to you if you're nice and kind. For example examples of kindness is helping your friend with homework or giving him support whenever he needs it like when he's playing a sport or when he's injured or when he's helping food. Another example of being kind is letting your friend borrow stuff or giving him stuff that he needs or buying a present or sending a nice message to him so he won't feel bad. Even if he goes through the tough times you should be there to help him. History of thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is celebrated in the 28 every year on thursday. It became a national holiday in 1862 when abraham lincoln declared it. The pilgrims shared a meal with the americans. It is a three day festival to eat and have fun. Turkey wasnt a main meal and pumkin pie it was deer at first. In 1789 george washington had a thanksgiving. In 1827 people waiged a campaign for a national holiday. I am thankful for my family

“Doing what is right fair and honorable is more important than winning or losing”

I think it means that if you're being honorable and what is right during a game of any sport it doesn't matter if you lose or win all that matters if that you chose the right and are honorable because that's all that matters during a game you need good sportsmanship and to not lie during a game. For example my friend shoved his teammate when he lost because of his fault he chose the wrong and got kicked out that wasn't honorable to do. CTR it is more important than getting what you want or not what you want. Because if you do good you feel good if you do bad you feel bad and thats just how it is people. You could ctr and still win and you may feel bad but if you loose all that matters is you choose the right and thats a major win right there

"Honesty is the best policy"
I think it means that you should never lie at all costs. in order to succeed in life you cannot lie at all costs no matter what. In order to be a ctr person you cannot lie no matter what. It is a policy to not lie and be honest at all costs. For example if i lie my parents will get mad and i will get in trouble and if i didnt lie i would of not got in trouble. If i told the truth it would of been way better and my parents will trust me more and my friends too and i will be a good name it is a policy to be honest on what you say.

I think it means that you have to have integrity to be ctr and to live life. For example if would you rather be a chicken or an eagle. If you're a eagle you will be free like an eagle like how's he free and flies anywhere he wants. If you don't ctr you your wings will crash and you will fall slowly to the ground. Then you will become a chicken who doesn't have freedom he is told what to do and can't fly anywhere and will be dead soon to because of not choosing the right.  For example my friend lost freedom for not ctr. In order to live life the best you have to follow those 3 messages at all costs even if your friends say no. If your friend says to smoke you say to integrity. If you lied about something you have face the truth at all costs. And the most important it to choose the right at all costs

I think it means that if you hang out with the wrong crowd of people you will do either bad get arrested or even die so ctr always. For example i once choose to hangout with the wrong crowd like jumping the school and i almost got in trouble but my other friends did so that means that could've been me but lucky it wasn't so next time i will ctr and not hangout with them because i could either lose my life or even get arrested and my parents will be so mad and i don't want them to be mad at all i am ctr and will improve on what how my parents did. Another example is my dad's friend choose the wrong by hanging out with this guy who did drugs and then he went to his house and got shot and died for hanging out with the wrong crowd so ctr. And a companion of fools means that the people who choose the wrong will either de get arrested or be destroyed

“Vanguard vs tornadoes” It was about a jouvinilee basketball team who went against a highschool basketball team. Then they said they woudnt have any fans so the school cheered for the other team. The gainseville tornadoes thank their unexpected fans. One of the players said i brought this my whole life he said. That means he always wanted this to happen because that was his dream. To finally play basketball against a school team

“The best recreation is to do good”

I think it means that the best thing to do in the world is to be good at all times no matter what you do and what happens. Even if you have a bad day or you are mad you have to do good. For example i had a bad day last time and i was mad but i was still good to people because i am a good name and choose the right person. Everyone should do good everyday because it makes people happy and even lighten their day for example you could say a compliment to them and they will be happy and you are a ctr. Good karma will come to you if you have a good name and do good. You will also feel great about yourself for doing good to other people ctr. It also means that.

If you do good you will also great that you ctr. Everyone wants to be a ctr and you should be one.
