"We need the courage to Start and continue what we should do and the courage to Stop and what we shouldn't do" I think it means we should choose the right no matter what and dont argue always listen. Because if you tell one lie it leads to another then you tell 2 lies oh your in trouble and if people find out you will loose respect and friendship. For example I started to continue on what we should do like help my mom clean and i stopped playing video games a little less. Another example is i should get more sleep so i wont be tired and i should stop going to sleep late .That people should start choosing the right thing to do instead of doing whats wrong and should stop that like bullying and stealing
