I think it means that in order to succeed in life you have to follow your passion and dreams. Because if you follow your goals and dreams it will take you to where you always wanted to and have a good time. You will then feel  good and then good karma will come to you and it will become a job and you will get money and be the best i can also relate to it because i am following my dreams and goals and making it into a passion. For example my friend had a passion to play games so he turned that passion into a dream job and now he loves it and it doesn't feel like work for him and he feels like he doesn't work and he don't stress out.
