“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body it is the basic of dynamic and creative and intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong” It basically means that in order to do everything in life you have to be fit and healthy. Because if your stomach hurts you don't feel like doing anything at all that's how everyone feels because they feel bad. But if you feel good you get the motivation to do stuff and you will be happy. That's just how life is you feel good you do good you do bad you feel bad. For example my stomach hurted and i didn't feel like doing anything at all because i feel bad and had no motivation or energy to do anything. But once my stomach stopped hurting i could do anything i wanted and have the energy to do it not like yesterday. And plus if your stomach hurts or if anything you feel bad about just get rest and sleep. Tomorrow you will feel better and have energy to do your stuff. Always choose the right dont do stuff you will regret like drink beer then wake up dizzy and not feeling good and not doing anything. Dont let people force you for anything .Instead go buy your self food to make you happy CTR

History of thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is celebrated in the 28 every year on thursday. It became a national holiday in 1862 when abraham lincoln declared it. The pilgrims shared a meal with the americans. It is a three day festival to eat and have fun. Turkey wasnt a main meal and pumkin pie it was deer at first. In 1789 george washington had a thanksgiving. In 1827 people waiged a campaign for a national holiday. I am thankful for my family

“Doing what is right fair and honorable is more important than winning or losing”

I think it means that if you're being honorable and what is right during a game of any sport it doesn't matter if you lose or win all that matters if that you chose the right and are honorable because that's all that matters during a game you need good sportsmanship and to not lie during a game. For example my friend shoved his teammate when he lost because of his fault he chose the wrong and got kicked out that wasn't honorable to do. CTR it is more important than getting what you want or not what you want. Because if you do good you feel good if you do bad you feel bad and thats just how it is people. You could ctr and still win and you may feel bad but if you loose all that matters is you choose the right and thats a major win right there
