“Educating the body,mind and character of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country the greatest is that of educating the body the mind and above all the character giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years  are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation” i think it means that we to be a ctr person and to always choose the right. For example i need to eat healthy by educating my body and keeping it healthy and eating whats right. And for my education i need to be in school and learn to be able to be a better person overall. If i dont do one of that ama be a bad person and not be be healthy and just ruin my life and we only got one life and set goals like if you want to loose weight then go ahead and to get fit and to be smart and make right decisions because if you make dumb ones then you are choosing the wrong and if your choosing the right one you are ctr

"Take responsibility for your own body mind and spirit for your own physical mental and spirtitual well being" I think it means that no matter how you are you have to ctr no matter what even if you dont want to you still have to be ctr. It means that you have to be a good mind set and a good spirit that means you have to be good person  and choose the right decisions or else you will regret it. And for physical mental your body has to be good for exercising and running and walking. And for spiritual well being you always have to be good child and always listen. For example my teacher said that to me and i ctr forever now

I think it means in order to succeed in life you must have those characters. Because that's the true way of being a ctr person and succeeding in life. Without those characteristics you will fail in life and ruin your life so always be a ctr. For example my friend didn't have those characteristics and he failed like in school he would act dumb and mean and everyone hated him and no one woulld talk to him and he would bully everyone and always go to the princepal office. Sometimes my sister has bad character with me because she is either tired or stressed out and is. If you have both those you will complete life get a job and have fun because you are making your life happy and blessed by all the nice things you did in life.

For example I started to continue on what we should do like help my mom clean and i stopped playing video games a little less.
